Women in their 40's experience this natural transitional period differently .By age 38, i was woefully unprepared for low mood, irritability, depression, and feeling of being stuck in a whole and being angry for no reason, low self esteem and so much more. The Fortified Woman Podcast aims at inspiring, empowering women in their 40s to rise, shine, thrive and turn what can be a midlife crisis to Midlife rises. We will discuss topics ranging from perimenopause, menopause and their effects on our mind, body and emotions, ways to cope and enjoy this blossoming season in our lives .
